Free shipping on all orders over $99.
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. All other orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship everything in your order together, but occasionally items may ship separately.
Please note: Expedited orders ship the following business day and are not shipped or delivered on weekends, holidays, or to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.
Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return.
How to Start a Return:
Visit our returns portal to complete your return online, or contact us for assistance.
Return Options:
Once we receive and inspect your item, you can choose:
- Store Credit – Applied to your account for future purchases
- Refund – Issued to your original payment method
Return Shipping:
We cover return shipping costs. Simply print your prepaid label from the returns portal.
What Can't Be Returned:
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Check the product page for any specific restrictions.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
